We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping within the contiguous US. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply Contact Us for a free return label - your shipping costs are on us.

With Perch Chairs & Stool's 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same new condition.

Returns with Perch Chairs & Stools - It's Easy:
  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from receipt.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and include all accessories.
  • Return shipping is absolutely FREE within the contiguous US.
  • After contacting us you will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a pre-paid FedEx domestic label to return the purchase to us.
